Physical Therapist in Naples, Florida

At Performance Optimal Health, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. Our clinic focuses on providing holistic and patient-centered care, allowing our clients to achieve their best health through individualized treatment plans. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments, developing tailored treatment strategies, and implementing therapeutic interventions that align with our Four Pillars of Optimal Health: exercise, nutrition, recovery, and stress management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and determine appropriate physical therapy interventions.

  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs.

  • Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care.

  • Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, exercises, and lifestyle modifications.

  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Must hold a valid State Physical Therapy license or be eligible for licensure.

  • Graduated from an accredited physical therapy program.

  • Experience in outpatient therapy settings preferred, particularly with orthopedic and sports-related injuries.

  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.

  • Passion for health, wellness, and patient advocacy.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and education.
