The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining effective classroom management, fostering a positive learning environment, and collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement the school’s curriculum.Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and informative Physics lessons to students.
• Plan and prepare lesson materials and resources.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students.
• Assess and evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Support the academic and personal development of individual students.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, achievements, and behaviour.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Physics or a related field.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Proven experience teaching Physics at the secondary level.
• Strong subject knowledge and passion for educating young learners.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively manage a diverse classroom.
• Commitment to continual professional development and staying updated with the latest educational practices.
• Knowledge of the UK national curriculum and assessments.
