The Pipeline team maintains the tools and workflows we use to process all the content that goes into a Call of Duty game. We’re seeking an engineer to assist with refactors and optimizations to help us drastically reduce the time our developers spend building data.What you’ll do…
- Work with pipeline leadership on a major refactor of our data pipeline that will unlock massive improvements to content creator build times.
- Profile and optimize existing tools to ensure that they are performing as well as they can.
- Support the needs of content creators by understanding and improving their workflows.
To succeed you should have…
- 3+ years software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in C++.
- Experience working with video game content teams.
We’d love it if you also have…
- Experience in Rust or Python.
- Prior experience working on data pipelines for games.
- Experience with multithreading in C++.
- Strong optimization and debugging skills.

These values reflect the expected annualized base pay range of new hires in British Columbia, Canada. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
