PLANNING SOLICITOR, 1 – 4 YEARS PQE, BIRMINGHAM, £60,000 – £70,000 (DOE) – You will be based in one of the firm’s regional offices in Birmingham will have the opportunity to have a great work life balance, a wide and varied caseload and the opportunity to work with a friendly and supportive team. • You will be responsible for assisting senior solicitors in managing planning transactions
• Conducting legal research and providing relevant advice to clients
• Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Staying up-to-date with changes in legislation and industry trends
• You will be recently qualified as a Solicitor with a focus on planning law
• A strong academic background in law
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• A proactive and solution-oriented approach
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
