Our GPS Advisory Investigations and Intelligence practice provides investigative expertise to analyze events, people, entities and financial data in order to extract relevant insights for our Federal clients’ mission-critical needs.

 

Work you’ll do:

  • Dual-hatted as the DHS Chief Intelligence Officer (CINT), the Under Secretary is leading efforts to improve information sharing by deploying technologies to enable timely and accurate information sharing throughout the DHS. Intelligence & Analysis leads the effort to deploy technologies that support collection, gathering, processing, analysis, production and dissemination of data across the Intelligence Enterprise.
  • Deloitte is seeking Policy and Governance Management professionals to execute oversight responsibilities and provide first-class policy management services. This professional will improve governance and quality of policy documents for our clients.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in policy development and experience with communicating policy requirements to technical teams to maintain compliance and support technical solutions that adhere to regulations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable leading multiple efforts and coordinating with various stakeholder’s to gather information.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Meet security clearance requirements (Requirement: Already possess a TS/SCI)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Public Policy, Political Science or International Relations, or related degree program from an Accredited University/School/College with 2+ years demonstrated policy and requirements management experience.
  • Solid understanding of the policy development, analytical tradecraft, and change management process.
  • Experience working with technical POCs to translate operations concept, system and product designs, and requirements into developing policy documents.
  • Demonstrates ability to effectively work with and communicate with all levels of management and individual contributors on the program team.
  • Experience with drafting, reviewing, and coordinating policy requirements across various stakeholder’s for finalization
  • Proficient organization and communication skills
  • Comfortable with daily client engagement
