We are looking for a Pool Guest Service Attendant to join our team!If you are a person who has strong attention to detail, values physical activity, and enjoys helping others, this is the perfect job for you!Job DescriptionAs the Pool Guest Service Attendant, you are authorized to exceed guest expectations by creating “picture perfect” guest experiences throughout the pool area each shift. You will achieve excellence by cleaning, maintaining, and operating the pool and pool deck areas for safe guest use.Pomeroy Perks

Key Focuses

• Maintains a friendly, attentive, and professional demeanor during all guest encounters and responds appropriately to guest complaints.
• Ensures the guest rooms, public areas, and storage areas are “picture-perfect” for optimal first impressions.
• Oversees the poolside activities and conduct of guests and staff members. Enforces pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.
• Performs regular pool maintenance tasks, including cleaning and maintaining water quality.
• Pays close attention to detail to ensure all areas are thoroughly cleaned, organized, and maintained to the highest standard.
• Responds promptly and effectively to emergencies or incidents in the pool area.

Experience/Passions/Education

• Previous experience in pool maintenance or hotel is an asset.
• Qualified applicants will have a current Certified Pool Operator (CPO) license.
• Must be able to lift, move, and handle chemicals responsibly.

Working ConditionsThis position may work long days and/or weekends to meet periodic upturns in business demands or meet deadlines. This position will require continuous physical movement such as walking, sitting, squatting, and crawling in a lying position and may require periods outside.
