To learn more about our purpose, culture, and priorities, visit our .Within our consult business, we harness our unique combination of leading-edge practical expertise and project delivery consultancy to unlock the potential in every project.Our values shape the way we consult and define the people we want to join us on our journey, they are:Safety first – Going home safe and wellClient focus – Deliver on our promiseIntegrity – Always do the right thingCreate opportunity – For our people to excelYou’ll be responsible for:Lead the development and implementation of the project’s risk management plan.Manage risk leads and ensure risk priorities align with priorities setup for development and implementation phases.Lead the development of the projects’ risk registers.Report top corridor and SMT risk registers to EVPs.Lead the performance of quantitative cost and schedule risk analysis using risk management software (e.g. Oracle Primavera Risk Analysis, Acumen Risk, etc.) and the interpretation of analysis results (e.g. Distribution S Curve Graph, Sensitivity Analysis Tornado Chart, etc.)Lead the preparation of detailed project and program risk reports including P50 and P80 cost and schedule risk exposures.Review project contingency utilization and alignment with cost risk exposures.Evaluate risk mitigation effectiveness by consulting with clients, project staff, and senior management.Lead initiatives on preparing procedures, training materials, and work instructions relating to the principle of risk and opportunity management.Lead on initiatives for continuous improvement.You’ll need to have:Degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.Minimum 15 years of experience in construction risk management for large infrastructure projects, preferably in the railway industry.Be proficient in the use of risk management software, such as active risk manager (ARM), Oracle Primavera Risk Analyzer (OPRA), Acumen risk, Safran or comparable dedicated software.Possess demonstrable problem-solving abilities.Familiarity with construction methodologies, safety regulations, and environmental considerations.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills communication, and problem-solving skills.Mace is an inclusive employer and welcomes interest from a diverse range of candidates.
