Join our dynamic team in the heart of Málaga, where we are dedicated to delivering exceptional service in the hospitality and tourism sector at Foundever.

Location: Málaga, Spain

Contract Type: Eventual for 6 months with possibility of extension.

Annual Salary: €20,5k

Working Hours: 39 hours per week (between 10am and 11pm, to be assigned). Training Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (at our office in the center of Málaga).

Start Date: 15/09/2025.

At Foundever, we are specifically looking for passionate individuals who are native-level Portuguese (pt) speakers with bilingual Spanish level and advanced English (B2 minimum) and have a strong customer service and sales background to enhance our guests’ experience.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Language Skills: Native-level Portuguese (pt) with bilingual Spanish level and advanced English (B2).
• Location: Must reside in Málaga or be willing to relocate.
• Experience: Previous experience in hospitality or related customer service is a plus. Sales Experience and a Commercial Profile: This role involves receiving calls to close reservations in Portuguese and Spanish for a major hotel chain and performing customer service tasks. Strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
