We’re particularly considering understanding the ion transport, selectivity, and gating mechanisms of ion channels, amyloid aggregation, and the liquid-liquid phase-separation of intrinsically disordered proteins. The initiatives will contain molecular dynamics simulations, quantum-chemistry, and vibrational line form calculations.
