Job DescriptionGrade UE07: £40,247 to £47,874 per annumSchool of Mathematics / College of Science & EngineeringFull time: 35 hours per weekFixed term: for 2 years, extension for a 3rd year is possible upon mutual agreement and availability of funding.We are looking for a postdoctoral research associate (PDRA) to conduct research in Geometric Finite Element Methods, under the mentorship of Dr Kaibo Hu.The Opportunity:Multiple postdoctoral positions are funded by an ERC Starting Grant “Geometric Finite Element Methods (GeoFEM)”, which aims to develop finite element methods for discretising geometric objects.The positions will be available from January 2025.
