Job Description:Grade UE07: £40,247 – £47,874 per annumInstitute of Quantitative Biology, Biochemistry and Biotechnology / School of Biological Sciences / CSEFull Time: 35 hours per weekFixed Term: from 5th September 2025 until 5th July 2027The Opportunity:We seek a postdoctoral research associate with a strong background in the deterministic and stochastic modelling of biochemical systems. You will develop new mathematical models of bursty gene expression and signal transduction and fit these to eukaryotic data. You will be a part of the Grima group and work closely with the experimentalists in the Halliday lab at the University of Edinburgh.Your skills and attributes for success:
