Job Description:Grade UE07: £40,247 – £47,874 per annum, pro-rata if part-timeCollege of Science and Engineering/School of Biological Sciences/Institute of Immunology and Infection ResearchFull-time: 35 hours per weekFixed-term: for 33 monthsThe Opportunity:We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Postdoctoral researcher to join the Young lab to investigate host-pathogen interactions during Toxoplasma gondii infection. You will apply CRISPR screening and next generation sequencing analysis alongside parasite growth and imaging assays. You will join the Institute for Immunology and Infection Research at the University of Edinburgh, which is a vibrant scientific community within an exciting and beautiful city.This post is advertised as full-time (35 hours per week), however, we are open to considering part-time or flexible working patterns.You will join our active ToxoInEd community, with weekly journal clubs, monthly research talks and a wider community for ECRs across Edinburgh.
