About this jobFantastic opportunity to join an established Antibody Discovery team working with cutting edge technologies to develop the next generation of antibody therapeutics!In this laboratory-based position, you will plan and apply new molecular biology and in vitro display methods to identify and optimise high quality antibodies supporting a variety of therapeutic projects. In addition to this you will also use a range of binding assays to evaluate specificity and affinity of the newly generated antibodies.Experience: –

• PhD in Protein Biochemistry ideally with experience of antibody generation
• Strong understanding of in vitro display technologies e.g. phage and/or yeast display
• Experience in biochemical characterisation techniques; ELISA, flow cytometry, FACS, SPR and/or Bio-layer interferometry (BLi)
• Motivated and driven, with excellent communication skills
