We invite applications for a postdoctoral researcher to join the team let by Prof Bernhard Staresina studying memory and sleep.

The post-holder will manage their own academic research and administrative activities including project management to meet deadlines.

The post is full-time and funded by the ERC for 36 months.  The post is available to start immediately or within the next 2-3 months.

The successful candidate will hold a PhD/DPhil/MD (in neuroscience, psychology or related area) together with relevant research experience including advanced signal processing skills and the use of scalp EEG, iEEG (including single-unit recording) and MRI. Advanced coding skills (MATLAB and Python), experience running sleep studies (and conducting polysomnography) and good communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively as part of a research team.
