Collaborate with a team of passionate professionals to create engaging and impactful lessons that cater to the diverse needs of every student. • Plan and deliver engaging lessons across a range of subjects, ensuring all students are motivated and challenged.
• Cover classes during teachers’ PPA time, maintaining a high standard of teaching and learning.
• Monitor and assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external partners to enhance the curriculum and support student development.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and encouraged to participate.
• Promote health and safety in all activities, ensuring students understand the importance of safe practices.

Requirements of PPA Teacher:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience in teaching across various subjects is essential.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
• The ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their best.
• Commitment to promoting a love for learning and curiosity about the world.
• Relevant qualifications or training in education (desirable but not essential).
