As a Primary Academic Coach, you’ll support KS2 pupils through targeted small group interventions in English and maths. You’ll work alongside experienced teachers to raise attainment, build confidence, and help pupils achieve their potential. You’ll also assist with classroom activities, lesson prep, and progress tracking across Years 3 to 6.The Candidate
You’re a graduate with strong literacy and numeracy skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to engage young learners. You want hands-on school experience before pursuing teacher training, educational psychology, or a related field. Prior experience with children is helpful but not essential if you’re driven and reliable.The School
