Academic Appointments, in partnership with a Primary School in Sheffield who are looking for talented, creative, and enthusiastic individuals to be positive role models for students.
Our Behaviour Support Assistants are given an opportunity to make a positive impact on pupils in Primary Schools and to provide support for these children to progress to the next stages of their education.Who are we looking for?A successful candidate would:
- Have experience in an educational setting either in mainstream schools or any other alternative provision.
- Have experience supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis or in small groups
- A history of working with students with challenging behaviour.
- A confident, caring, and assertive personality
- To be currently available for full time employment
- Hold a relevant degree or TA qualification
