Primary ECTPrimary ECT – ChesterJob Overview:We are looking to recruit a Primary ECT to join one of our primary schools in Chester. As a Teacher you will be responsible for teaching from KS1 -KS2 on an adhoc basis ASAP.Responsibilities:
– Teach, plan, mark and assess lessons across the curriculum
– Implement behavior management strategies to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
– Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to develop individualised education plans for students with special needs
– Provide support and guidance to students in their academic and personal development
– Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to discuss student progress and address any concerns
– Assist in the preparation of instructional materials and resourcesRequirements:
– PGCE/QTS in your chosen field
– Previous experience working with primary school students, preferably in special education or tutoring roles
– Strong knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
