The Headteacher’s visionary leadership has fostered a supportive community, a strong academic record, and a commitment to the personal development of each student.Primary Teacher Role:We are seeking an experienced and passionate Year 6 Primary Teacher to join our team for the full academic year starting in September 2024. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality teaching in Upper Key Stage 2 with the ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.About the Area:A vibrant and culturally rich area of South London, known for its artistic heritage, diverse community, and excellent transport links to central London. It offers a mix of urban living and green spaces, with numerous parks, independent shops, and eateries, making it a great place to live and work.Key Responsibilities of Primary Teacher:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and challenging lessons that meet the needs of all students in Year 6.
• Assess and monitor students’ progress, providing regular feedback and support to ensure academic success.
• Prepare students for their transition to secondary school, including SATs preparation.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and respect.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to support student development.
• Participate in school meetings, training sessions, and extracurricular activities as required.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Significant experience teaching Year 6 or upper Key Stage 2.
• Strong understanding of the national curriculum and effective teaching practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
