As an SEN Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of students with special educational needs. You will work collaboratively with a team of professionals to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that fosters academic and personal growth.Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver creative and engaging lessons tailored to individual needs.
• Implement personalised learning plans to support student progress.
• Employ effective behaviour management techniques to maintain a positive classroom atmosphere.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants, support staff, and external professionals to ensure holistic development.
• Regularly assess and monitor student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed.
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and supported.

About You:

• Hold a valid teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
• Have experience working with students with special educational needs.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Be flexible, creative, and passionate about inclusive education.
• Hold or be willing to apply for an enhanced child DBS on the Update Service.
