The Principal and Vice Chancellor is responsible for the strategic leadership and management of the University and its community, and accountable to the Convener of the University Court. Building on our success over the last decade, they will provide leadership and strategic vision and have the attributes to develop a path that enables the University, with its strong academic and financial foundations, to achieve our aspirations for the next decade as a top 100 global university.We are looking for an exceptional individual with an outstanding track record of strategic, inclusive, and emotionally intelligent leadership at an institutional level within a large and complex organisation. The new Principal and Vice-Chancellor will be an empowering, engaging and highly visible leader internally alongside a compelling and persuasive advocate for the University externally.
