Our ideal candidate will have at least 10+ years of relevant experience, specialising in geochemical and materials characterisation studies and water quality assessments, with a proven track-record in project management.You will be working alongside a diverse group of colleagues including those from the environmental geochemistry, hydrogeology, tailings engineering, mining engineering and mine closure teams. A can-do attitude, passion for technical excellence, and desire to be part of a close-knit team that delivers impactful outcomes will stand you in good stead.This position will be based out of our Brisbane office. Migration and relocation support may be considered for the successful candidate.As a Principal Environmental Geochemist with SRK:You can expect to be providing specialised consulting services to our clients locally and internationally. You will use your detailed technical knowledge and experience to provide timely advice, recommendations, and project work to our clients, across a wide range of commodities and projects.Professionally, you will be expected to share your knowledge through your leadership and mentoring skills to grow the careers of more junior team members.
