This opportunity is with Oracle Financial Services Software, a separate company and majority-owned subsidiary of Oracle Corporation.

The Role : .

Global PAYplus application support – Technical / Functional • 10+ years working experience on GPP Application + Exposure to Java Programming language + Database + OS (Linux/Unix)• Software engineering experience and good knowledge of one or more programming languages • Knowledge of SDLC and ITIL a plus • Experience in Linux • Experience in MongoDB • Knowledge or Exposure to, Apache Kafka• Comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of industry technologies for storage, networking, and processing• Experience with Application Servers and Web Servers • Exposure to cloud related technologies• Fluency in English. • Excellent customer interaction skills

As an integral part of the support team you will be responsible for the following – Production support GPP Instant Payment transaction monitoring System Develop a strong understanding of customer’s GPP Instant Payment program, policies and procedures, and requirements. • Execute the accurate processing of different types of alerts in accordance with standard operating procedures. • Suggest process improvements to achieve improved efficiency and accuracy. • Providing training to the team members and solving the day-to-day Business queries Prepare and deliver reports in line with key deliverables • Knowledge/prior exposure to Incident/Problem/Change Management.• Participate in Major incidents including tasks related to identifying and basic troubleshooting Infrastructure and application issues proactively • Provide RCA for Major Incidents as required• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple incidents Participate in emergency service and disaster recovery activities• Willing to work on shifts and on-calls• Demonstrated ability to multi-task, work under pressure and think analytically.

  • Effectively consults with management of customer organizations.

  • Participates in business development activities.

  • Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
