Whether your expertise lies in Rolling Stock, Infrastructure, Signaling, or O&M, you’re open to supporting various facets of the rail industry.Key Responsibilities

  • Produce high-quality analysis, assessments, reports, and designs to support client projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Mentor and guide junior colleagues, ensuring project activities align with company procedures and standards.
  • Innovate new tools and techniques to meet client needs, drawing from global best practices.
  • Plan and execute project activities, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Provide technical expertise and inputs for business development activities and proposals.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative risk assessments, ensuring client safety and satisfaction.
  • Represent our company in client meetings, workshops, and industry events.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive project success.
  • Assume leadership roles as needed to support business objectives.
  • Contribute to the growth of our North American business through delivering excellence to our clients.

Key Competencies and Experience

  • Highly experienced (15years+) in the rail industry and proven track record working in safety assurance and / or assessment.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities, flexible and adept at meeting deadlines.

Desirable experience

  • In depth knowledge of CMREA / CSM / CENELEC standards.
  • Familiarity with the Canadian Railway System, including CMREA, is advantageous.
