We provide the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies with an end-to-end solution for the launch of precision medicine diagnostics enabled by DXRX – The Diagnostic Network®.DXRX is the world’s first diagnostic commercialization platform for precision medicine, integrating multiple pipelines of real-world diagnostic testing data from a global network of laboratories.Position Summary:Diaceutics’ Scientific & Advisory Services Division (SAS) engage with pharmaceutical customers to deliver valuable insights and be a strategic partner in precision medicine (PM) and diagnostic strategy.The SAS Principal is responsible for engaging with pharma/biotech clients to explore and secure growth through new business opportunities. They would leverage key relationships internally and externally to drive success, lead the way and promote the SAS product and service offerings. This can only be achieved by combining a deep understanding of what we do and using this knowledge, commercial experience and strong client relationship building skills, to create a unique footprint of Diaceutics as the trusted advisor and go-to partner in the PM space.The main purpose of this role is to grow and expand Diaceutics’ SAS engagements and business within current accounts and broader network.Duties and Responsibilities: * Drive growth of SAS business by proactively engaging with customers to understand evolving needs of our customer base in PM, both in oncology and general medicine including rare disease.

  • Stay updated on industry trends in PM and diagnostic strategy and be visible on relevant industry platforms and meetings to be considered an expert and trusted advisor by current and potential customers.
  • Working with Strategy Advisors, KAMS, Scientific Service Solution Seller. Leveraging account brand grids to actively prospect customers for new opportunities with new brands/assets and new contacts within accounts.
  • Proactively participate in client engagements to define project requirements, understanding client’s pain points and match to Diaceutics solutions, and actively position SAS solutions with customers.
  • Secure high win rates of SAS project opportunities by ensuring relevant scoping matching clients needs and drive contracts to close
  • Support the further innovation of the business unit’s offerings to customers via customer led innovation.
  • Work with the existing KAM Team to elevate client discussions into C suite level proposals/negotiations with strong collaboration with relevant Head of Departments and VPs.
  • Responsible for understanding the customer journey and experience, ensuring that customers receive the value that they expect from the products delivered to them.
  • Create and implement strategies across the business that maximise customer loyalty, increase retention and ultimately revenue.
  • Support achievement of divisional revenue targets through pro-active technical pre-sales support and client/partner meetings.
  • Maintain a thorough appreciation of Diaceutics clients’ business and strategies and propose solutions to add value for both current and future requirements.

  • Initiative and Independence: Ability to work independently and be responsible for their own day to day activities, to ensure appropriate tasks are completed to ensure success of the business

Knowledge and Specialist Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field is required. Advanced degree MBA, Master’s, PharmD, PhD, Medical Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10+ years experience in field of Precision Medicine (PM) engaging with pharma/biotech in the development and commercialization of PM assets is required, additional experience in consulting is preferred. For example, working in the pharmaceutical industry, for diagnostic company, healthcare consulting or within a clinical laboratory.
  • Commercial launch experience of a pharmaceutical product is desired.
  • Computer and software Knowledge and Skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, skilled user Excel and PowerPoint
  • Virtual working and communication; demonstrated expertise with internet based teleconferencing and communication technology and global teleconferencing platforms is strongly desired
