Reporting to the Vice Chancellor and President, you will drive continued excellence and work in partnership with stakeholders, including colleagues and students, to deliver successful, high quality transformative and inclusive learning and an exceptional experience for all.The College of Liberal Arts and Sciences (LAS) was formed in 2018 and is made up of four distinctive schools: Life Sciences, Humanities, Social Sciences, and the Westminster Law School. The College is a large and diverse academic family from all over the world, consisting of around 400 colleagues, over 5700 undergraduates as well as 1300 master’s and 200 PhD students.As a member of the University Executive Board, you will join a small team of ambitious leaders driving the University towards a successful future. You will ensure the College provides infrastructure for high performing academic Schools, and the agility to respond to societal needs and a changing higher education landscape, contributing to a focused, high-performing University.With an inspirational, collaborative approach, you will have an established reputation in your field and a strong record of research or professional practice and a passion for education and students. You will have the courage and conviction to try new initiatives and embrace change, alongside the prudence and reflectiveness to ensure continued sustainability.
