Because humanity needs solutions, fast.The RoleAn opportunity has arisen for a Process Development Chemist to join our Drug Substance team. The position will report to a Process Chemistry Team Leader and will perform and manage chemical syntheses in accordance with regulatory and company procedures.Main tasks and responsibilities:
The CandidateThe successful candidate will have a good knowledge and experience of synthetic organic chemistry covering process optimisation and cost-effective scale up, awareness of the current regulatory environment, impurity control and a good understanding of the factors controlling API physical form.Other skills and experience required:A graduate degree in Chemistry, ideally with a PhD in Synthetic Organic Chemistry or a closely related discipline or post graduate industrial experience.Application RequirementsWhen applying for a position with Quotient Sciences to be able to work in our organization you must be aged 18 years or over and not have been debarred by the FDA.
