Introduction
The Government of the Republic of Turkey has obtained a loan from the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), a specialized agency of the United Nations, for the Financing of the Uplands Rural Development Programme (URDP). The programme is implemented by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and aims to enhance the prosperity and resilience of the upland smallholder farmers by improving economic opportunities for the rural poor. It has been implemented in 8 provinces.
Under this Project, UNDP kindly requests your quotation for “Procurement of Agricultural Machines and Food Processing Equipment (Two Lots)” as detailed in Technical Specifications provided as Annex 1 of this RFQ. Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide. In case you have never registered before, you can register a profile using the registration link shared via the procurement notice and following the instructions in guides available in the UNDP website: https://www.undp.org/procurement/business/resources-for-bidders.
