Are you passionate about using data to drive smart business decisions? As a Product Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping our product strategies and inventory plans through in-depth analysis and insights. Reporting to the Manager, Planning & Allocation, you will collaborate closely with the Merchandising team to optimize assortments, maximize sales, and support overall brand objectives.What You’ll Do:

• Partner with the Merchandising team to understand seasonal strategies and market trends.
• Analyze sales performance, product trends, and color stories to make data-driven recommendations for future seasons.
• Provide sales and inventory analysis to support buying decisions and ensure alignment with brand goals.
• Develop store-level unit and assortment plans to optimize product distribution.
• Recommend markdown and promotional strategies to drive sales and manage inventory.
• Prepare insights and analytics for seasonal reviews and post-mortem evaluations.

QualificationsWho you are:

• University degree in Commerce, Math or equivalent field of study
• Minimum 2 years + related experience
• Problem Solving skills and able to use rigorous logic and methods to solve problems with effective solutions
• Excellent communication skills
• Skilled in Excel
