The company is looking for a full-time Product Development Manager to manage activities within the Development and Engineering organisation.Key Responsibilities includes:Drive the integral development of products to deliver the agreed performance requirements, on time, and in budget.Technical alignment across engineering disciplines and key suppliers to deliver agreed system performance and functionality.Work with the project manager and functional managers to ensure required resources available to meet the product development timeline with stage gate reviews in accordance with the PLM process.Manage the integral product development budget together with head of Development & Engineering.Ensure the integral product cost target is achieved together with head of supply chain management.Work closely with the product manager and marketing team to align functionality and performance of the product to specific customer requirements to maximise the business for the company.Your Background – Product Development Director, Microscopy & Metrology Semiconductor Process EquipmentTo be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:A natural leader that can work effectively across functions and technical disciplines to align and motivate people inside and outside the business.Strong analytical capability with the ability to zoom in and out of subjects to see the big picture and understand the details.Self-driven and highly motivated towards delivering results.Pragmatic and flexible yet systematic and disciplined in approach.Education / Qualifications:PhD in an Engineering or Science discipline preferred or extensive industrial experience with lower technical qualification.Professional Skills/ Abilities:EssentialStrong multi-discipline technical backgroundExperience in driving produ
