Job DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?RBC Digital is a dynamic and rapidly evolving organization where tackling ambiguity in a collaborative way is essential to personal, team, and customer success. In this Product Manager role, you will lead a squad to execute parts of the Online Banking vision and strategy. You will help define the product’s roadmap and deliver clear OKRs to Designers and Engineers and be the Product Manager in Agile framework. You will also have to navigate the organization and work collaboratively with cross-functional partners and Lines-of-business partners, guiding them to the best digital experience.What will you do?Closely collaborate with different product lines, business partners, senior leaders, and external providers to develop solutions that deliver value to our clientsRepresent the customer when defining the product vision and strategiesBuild high-quality, functional prototypes that convey, prove, and advance the vision of future RBC products and applicationsWork closely with customer experience, design, development teams and external partners to deliver on your product vision and strategyOversee product delivery phases in close collaboration with senior management, the delivery team and project managerEstablish product performance goals and ensure consistent product progressIn this role, you will communicate and interact frequently with RBC partners and/or employees located across Canada and/or worldwide.What do you need to succeed?Must have:Undergraduate degree in Business and 5+ years of experience as a Product ManagerExperience working with technical teams (Developers/Quality Engineers/Business Analysts)Strong data and analytics backgroundStrong knowledge of methodologies and best practices (Agile, Scrum, etc.)Passionate focus on the customer and unwavering commitment to qualityNice-to-have:Experience in the banking industryExperience using JiraWhat’s in it for you?We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
