General Summary:
As a key member of the team, the Product Manager will help drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of key digital experiences that fuel customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. You’ll work closely with other product managers, engineers, designers, and data analysts to build seamless, high-quality financial products.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Define & execute product strategy – Own the product roadmap, prioritize key initiatives, and deliver high-impact financial products.
Lead cross-functional teams – Partner with engineering, design, data, compliance, and marketing to bring innovative products to market.
Leverage data & customer insights – Identify key user pain points, analyze trends, and drive feature development based on insights.
Optimize acquisition & engagement – Build seamless, high-converting user journeys that drive growth and retention.
Shape system & platform thinking – Collaborate with engineering to define robust system architectures and API integrations.
Ensure compliance & security – Partner with legal and risk teams to ensure financial products meet regulatory requirements.
Own product success metrics – Define KPIs, track performance, and iterate rapidly based on results.
Most importantly: participate in a culture of open access, fast failures, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Required Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience:
3+ years of product management experience in fintech, financial services, or a related field.
Experience building and launching customer-facing digital products with a strong user experience focus.
Strong data-driven mindset-ability to analyze data, define success metrics, and drive product decisions based on insights.
Excellent technical acumen-familiarity with working with engineers to build scalable solutions.
Deep understanding of financial products (banking, payments, lending, etc.) and their regulatory considerations.
Strong communication & stakeholder management skills-ability to influence without authority.
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment.
Skills:
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design systems
Can reduce complex challenges down to the right balance of flexibility, power, and ease of use
Skilled in explaining their work, process, and decisions to cross-functional stakeholders and who craves feedback to help produce the best work
Set a high-quality bar, attention to detail, and help teams deliver high quality polished experiences.
Self-starter with great communication and organizational skills who enjoys collaborating with other disciplines
Communication: Must have superior interpersonal skills and be comfortable engaging with people from a wide variety of roles, cultures, and economic backgrounds.
Location: Remote opportunities in the following states ONLY: MD & DC (Minimum $131,234.13 – $196,851.20), VA, CT, FL, IL, LA, MA, NC, SC, TX, New York, NY (Minimum $132,296.76 – Maximum $198,445.14) and Seattle, WA (Minimum $125,389.70 – Maximum $188,084.55)
