Our Tech client is looking for a Product Marketing Consultant for a 6 month initial contract. This is a remote opportunity, working in EST timezone. The selected candidate must be eligible to work in Canada and may be required to travel 10% of the time.The Position
The Product Marketing Consultant will be bridging the gap between program design and delivery, ensuring every People program is well-positioned to resonate with employees and leaders. By aligning messaging, defining best practices, and ensuring consistency, you will play a key role in transforming how we communicate about and deliver People initiatives.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop the overarching People Team narrative, uniting programs under a cohesive story.
• Define personas, map employee journeys, and tailor messaging for key audiences.
• Partner with program owners and senior leaders to refine messaging, positioning, and program strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure unified, high-impact delivery.
• Lead messaging frameworks and create enablement assets like toolkits and templates.
• Support major rollouts by planning communication approaches that drive clarity and engagement.
• Monitor feedback and results to improve messaging and align programs with employee needs.

• 8+ years experience in Product Marketing, go-to-market marketing, Storytelling, Communications or similar position
• Experience in a fast-paced tech, or SaaS environment is an asset
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
• Comfort with ambiguity and a proven ability to simplify complex ideas
• Collaborative mindset and the ability to build relationships across teams
• Experience with internal communications, product marketing, or change management
