To help support these goals, we’d like to bring on a Product Marketing Manager to work across Dig Insights and Upsiide.To find out more about us visit us at .Product Marketing Manager – About this roleAs the Product Marketing Manager at Dig Insights, you will be responsible for articulating the value of all of Dig Insights’s products and solutions, including bringing new features to market for our SaaS research platform Upsiide. In order to succeed in this role, you’ll need to be a skilled communicator and copywriter, have a reasonable understanding of the insights and analytics industry, bring a level of strategic and creative thinking to new feature launches, and effectively work with a variety of internal stakeholders.Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • go-to-market planning for all Upsiide and Dig product and solution releases, working in tandem with our Client Services, Product, and Product Strategy teams
  • act as an internal resource to align teams on new features and solutions: how they work, when to use them, and how to communicate about them
  • manage the product and feature-specific communications, including creating website content that supports our product marketing efforts
  • act as a key input into our bottom of the funnel marketing messaging (advertising, emails) for our Content team
  • support the Product Strategy Lead with our competitive intelligence efforts, acting as a key input for competitive tracking and awareness
  • work with our Sales Leads to create sales enablement materials that highlight our products and solutions
  • produce written case studies that highlight the value of our products and services, working with design resources to develop them into multimedia formats
  • conduct VOC interviews and synthesizing findings to inform our marketing strategy

Experience, Skills, and Requirements:

  • A proven background in communications, content production, and copywriting
  • You love to be at the intersection of strategy and execution, knowing your vision is only as good as the results you deliver
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, articulating complex ideas in effective and understandable ways
  • Familiarity with the insights, market research, or data space – a background in research would be a bonus
  • Skilled stakeholder manager, easily synthesizing product-specific intel for other members of the company
  • Experience working with B2B sales leaders and creating actionable marketing collateral for sales teams
  • A willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done at pace, leveraging strong prioritization and organizational skills
  • You’ve worked in and thrive in fast growth companies
  • A bias for action where no task is too big or too small
  • Experience in B2B product marketing is an asset
