Our client, a leading food manufacturer, is seeking Production Associates to join their team. In this role, you will support various teams across their facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, team spirit, and eagerness to learn.
Job Title: Production Associate
Location: Lakeville, MN,
- 3rd Shift: $17.00/hr
Shift and Times:
- 3rd Shift: 10:00pm – 6:00am (Monday – Friday)
What’s the Job?

Inspect product for quality and any signs of foreign material contamination.

Supply production lines as needed.
-
Responsible for correct placement of product on line or in containers, boxes, or pallets.

Maintain work area in a clean and organized manner.

Perform all other duties as assigned.
What’s Needed?
-
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) or willingness to learn.

Sufficient math skills.
-
Ability to understand and follow all safety policies and procedures.
-
Ability to read and write in English preferred.
-
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
-
Must be at least 18 years of age.

Work Environment:

This is a manufacturing environment with exposure to a variety of machines, noise levels, and varying temperatures.

This is a team environment; all employees must be able to work together and communicate in a respectful and professional manner.

Must be able to work necessary overtime based on staffing needs and customer demand, as well as across shifts.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and work with your hands throughout the duration of the shift.

Ability to lift at least 25lbs.

Depending on location, environments can be very cold or very warm.
