Join our team and thrive in a stable and supportive environment that offers career development and upward mobility.The OpportunityThe role will assist in day-to-day HR administrative tasks for several AGI locations and provide back up to the Administrative Assistant position, as well as provide assistance to the Purchasing team.Responsibilities

• Scanning and filing employee files from other AGI locations (ex: Swift Current, Nobleford, Winnipeg, Rosenort)
• Completing ESPP Enrolments and sending ESPP Email to employees (several AGI locations)
• Opening enrolment for Sunlife new employees & sending welcome email (several AGI locations)
• Setting employees up on RBC, ensuring to terminate this when employee is terminated
• Completing uniform orders for employees
• Complete various HR related onboarding tasks
• Conduct price confirmations
• Cancelling job orders
• Creating purchase orders
• Following up on orders (Open PO Report)
• PO acknowledgement report (did this when Blayne was unavailable)
• Printing Sales Orders and ensuring Shipping & Receiving receives them
• Completing payment for sales orders when needed from the call center
• Assist with receiving job orders that need to be closed
• Answering the phone and transferring calls
• Distributing mail
• Depositing cheques to CIBC when they arrive

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• 1-2 years in a similar role, in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency using MS Excel and Outlook is mandatory
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Be a proactive member of the team
• Strong organization skills
• Ability to prioritize and plan
