Our reward and benefits, and ways of working enable those who join us to have enriching careers, matched by an excellent work-life balance.About the RoleThe Business and Management Group are recruiting a Professor in Innovation and Management with a focus on product innovation, entrepreneurship, business systems.Our Business and Management group is home to over 70 academics and houses the Welsh Government funded; Intensive Learning Academies, in Value Based Health and Care and, the all Wales Innovation in Health and Social Care , and the IoN Leadership programme .We are looking to appoint a dynamic researcher as well as a committed teacher in Innovation and Management to make a positive contribution to the life of the department. Experience of research leadership and Internationalisation activities would be preferential for the successful applicant to demonstrate as would expertise demonstrated through research and teaching in the following areas:

  • Product innovation,
  • Entrepreneurship,
  • Business systems
