The Public Services Management & Organisation (PSMO) department is seeking to recruit an exceptional scholar to join us as Professor of Management & Organisation.You will be a scholar with an international reputation and will be recognised as having made a significant contribution to research on public management, organisational studies of public services, and/or the professions. If successful, you will be expected to strengthen the Business School’s research capacity, with a track record of publications in internationally leading journals. You will also have a wider commitment to, and experience of, funded research and/or research impact.As an incoming professor, you should be keen to support early career researchers and contribute to the wider academic leadership of the department, faculty and university. King’s Business School is ambitious and offers scope for new developments. Therefore, a willingness to build networks, support the delivery of high-performing teaching programmes, promote interdisciplinarity and research excellence, and ensure student satisfaction, are all highly desirable.
