Are you a distinguished scholar and leader of people with a passion for and expertise in any area of marketing including, but not limited to sustainable marketing, strategic marketing, digital marketing, marketing innovation and socially responsible?The invites applications for the position of Professor, offering a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to research, teaching, and leadership within the Department. As a Professor, you will be a driving force in shaping the future of the department and leaving a lasting impact on academia, industry, and society.In this role, you will also assume the responsibility of Director of our emerging Research Centre, leading and directing the initiative to contribute to its growth and success. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in developing a strong research portfolio, securing external funding, and leading impactful research programs. As a key figure in teaching excellence, you will demonstrate high-quality teaching practice, designing and delivering research-led teaching programs that foster effective learning.Maintaining a strong academic and professional profile is integral to this role, achieved through high-quality publications, national and international engagement, and active participation in committees. Beyond these responsibilities, you will also have experience of other leadership roles, such as Head of Research Centre/Cluster, Research Development Director, or Head of Subject Group.To be successful, you should possess a PhD in a relevant subject area and demonstrate expertise in any area of marketing as detailed above. Your outstanding Research track record should reflect internationally excellent or world-leading publications in Marketing or Business Management Journals, and you should present significant evidence of research impact beyond academia. Success in securing significant income/grant funding and managing externally funded projects and evidence of a healthy pipeline is essential.Your experience should extend to leadership roles, including building effective research teams, mentoring and motivating colleagues, and contributing to their professional development.
