Everyone at Rotman, faculty and staff, plays a role in bringing that promise to life.Your opportunity:The Program Coordinator, Specialized Programs will work under supervision of the Director, Program Services & Student Life and under general direction of the Associate Director, Program Services and will be responsible for being the first point of contact for the Specialized Programs portfolio, scheduling and booking meetings, coordinating logistics for events/workshops, maintaining digital platforms, arranging catering, maintaining confidential files, making travel arrangements and making minor purchases. As the Program Coordinator, Specialized Programs you will work with the Associate Director, Program Services to support the Program Services Office in the development, implementation, and administration of a wide range of programs, events and initiatives that focus on community building, student development, and health and wellness.Your responsibilities will include:

USW Pay Band 09 — $66,715. with an annual step progression to a maximum of $85,319. Pay scale and job class assignment is subject to determination pursuant to the Job Evaluation/Pay Equity Maintenance Protocol.
