This is a full-time on-site role for a Program Development and Operations Officer. The Officer will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with program development and implementation, conducting market research and analysis, and building relationships with stakeholders.
- Design and implement a strategic plan to increase reach and awareness of smart capital or mezzanine capital for growing SMEs in the Philippines
- Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders
- Develop and implement an effective Communications Strategy covering social media, website, and other channels, to guide the development of content, support effective and efficient communications campaigns, and ensure brand consistency
- Develop and build a functional advisory group to provide value creation activities to the SME portfolio
- Assist in the development, preparation and maintenance of correspondence, presentations, reports, and marketing collateral for various stakeholders such as pitch books, executive summaries, investor reports, etc.•
- Updates organization website and assists in maintaining social media presence
- Coordinate meetings and events with principals
General Administrative Functions
- Plans and coordinates logistics for all meetings (as well as record notes/ minutes), and events that publicize the organization and its programs
- Documents and follows up on important actions and decisions from meetings
Qualifications
- Highly motivated and talented fresh graduates with relevant Bachelor’s degrees in Development or Management
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills both in English and Filipino (other local dialects are a plus)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite Apps
- Keen attention to detail; ability to exercise discretion
- Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational, time management and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset. Ability to work independently within a small team in a startup environment
- Skills in information design and social media management experience is a plus
