Program Director, Compliance Operations and Project Management – Hybrid
This role is hybrid, remote and in office at Texas Health Resources Corporate Offices at 612 E Lamar, Arlington, TX 76011, and is Exempt (salaried), full-time.

What you’ll do
The successful candidate for Program Director for Compliance Operations and Project Management will be responsible for the organization, oversight, maintaining the effectiveness of the THR Business Ethics and Compliance Program core processes including oversee the operation of the THR Compliance Helpline including policies, procedures, and protocols; data analysis; development of reports. Oversee and carryout independent investigation on matters related to compliance and/or response to reports of possible compliance issues. Assist SVP and CCO and department Directors with formulation of annual THR system and entity level compliance work plans focused on continuous improvement of processes in identified risk areas.
The successful candidate will carry out the periodic risk assessment processes and evaluate results those areas identified as high risk. Responsible for assisting SVP and CCO in the creation and coordination of quarterly THR Compliance Council agenda and meeting materials. Develop and implement education focused on identified business processes to mitigate the risk of noncompliance in areas vulnerable to error or noncompliance such as billing, coding, Stark laws, fraud & abuse laws, false claims, or other identified risk areas. Participate in workgroups and other forums appropriate to facilitate communication and awareness of the Business Ethics and Compliance Program. Work with internal stakeholders in the coordination and oversight of the THR Identity Theft Prevention Program. Creation and revision of compliance operations program in accordance with the seven recognized elements of an effective compliance program.
What you’ll need
Master’s degree in healthcare, business, or another applicable field is required.
Five (5) years of experience in healthcare compliance, regulatory affairs, or related field, with a proven track record of managing compliance projects is required.
Three (3) years of supervisory or managerial experience is required. Management of a project, process or team included.
Experience with compliance management systems and software tools is required.
Escalating responsibility and experience in the area of project management is required. (PMP certificate in lieu of escalating responsibility/experience.)
Previous healthcare consulting experience is preferred.
PMP – Project Management Professional Certification is preferred upon hire.
CHC – Certified in Healthcare Compliance is preferred upon hire.
CHC – Certified in Healthcare Compliance is required within 12 months of hire.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of identifying compliance risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
