Chronos Operations (CO) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chenega Corporation, an Alaska Native Corporation based in Anchorage, AK. Belonging to the Military, Intelligence, and Operations Support (MIOS) Strategic Business Unit (SBU), Chronos has a culture rooted in integrity, respect, and exceptional performance. Chronos is headquartered in Colorado Springs, CO, and provides mission-critical services in Advanced Analytics & AI, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, and Intelligence.

The Program Management Specialist shall assist the DAU LASPS II Program Manager with program management requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive data collection, analysis, and reporting of trends associated with all assigned tasks.

  • Provide continuous improvement in the efficiency and value of the learning asset support services, and other related services that may improve or impede DAU’s organizational efficacy.

  • Report on systemic and specific learning asset issues and support the tracking and reporting of performance metrics for all learning assets with respect to IV&V, maintenance, and deployment metrics, including rework cycles, on a monthly basis.

  • Responsible for fulfilling up to 12 ad hoc requests annually for analysis and reporting as required. For example: receive a request forth comparison of two trends or a root cause analysis into a specific issue.

  • Assist DAU with the support, management, and retirement of the Project Summary Tool that is currently configured as a MS 365 SharePoint website on DAU’s intranet containing a web-enabled spreadsheet that collects, filters, and displays information about learning asset development projects over a rolling period of three (3) fiscal years.

  • Provide data entry services for the Project Summary Tool until it is decommissioned.

  • Propose a MS 365 SharePoint or MS Teams-based solution to replace the Project Summary without sacrificing essential functions.

  • Develop the selected solution.

  • Collaborate with DAU personnel in the execution of this task.

  • Document the solution.

  • Archive and/or migrate data currently housed in the Project Summary Tool so that DAU retains continuous visibility of and access to historical project data.

  • Support all program deliverables.

  • Supervisory Responsibilities.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • AA/AS degree required. Experience may be used in lieu of education requirements.

  • 2+ experience with supporting program management activities in an agile environment.

  • Must have experience with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams and SharePoint)

  • Must pass a Background check with favorable NAC.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to meet minimum security clearance requirements.

  • Must be a U.S. citizen.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills that include the ability to interact with a wide variety of key stakeholders to ensure timely responses for all communications and deliverables across all projects.

  • Superb planning, coordination, and organizational skills.

  • Results-driven with a positive attitude and a high degree of initiative and responsiveness.

  • Ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines, and attend to details while staying focused on key priorities and management.

  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
