About the Role

The Centre for Commercial Law Studies (CCLS) invites applications for the post of Programme Administrator. This role will be responsible for delivering administrative support for the taught programmes, engaging with students, academic Module Organisers, teaching teams and Programme Directors.

The primary goal is to manage and coordinate student administration systems and processes including examination and assessment to enhance the student-academic cycle of activities, and to develop data driven solutions to enhance the delivery of programmes. Programme Administrators may be called upon to support meetings of the Student Staff Liaison Committee, and of the School’s Teaching Groups, to support improvements in programme delivery.

About You

You must hold a degree or have relevant experience, together with a proven record of administrative experience in either the Higher Education sector or educational private sector. You should also have significant experience of using large student databases, preferably SITS, together with a detailed knowledge and understanding of higher education institutional procedures, regulations and codes of practice on student administration.

You must be able to demonstrate excellent written, verbal and numerical skills, together with good organisational skills, with the ability to balance competing work demands and manage your time in order to meet deadlines.

These posts are based at the Lincoln’s Inn Fields Campus in London. They are both full time appointments fixed term for 12 months, with an expected start date of July 2023. The starting salary will be Grade 4, in the range of £37,348 to £43,592 per annum, inclusive of London Allowance.
