Who we are
Energy Saving Trust is a leading and trusted organisation, dedicated to promoting energy
efficiency, low carbon transport and sustainable energy use. We aim to address the climate
emergency and deliver the wider benefits of clean energy as we transition to net zero.
At Energy Saving Trust we don’t just offer jobs – we offer careers. For our people, being part
of the effort to address the climate emergency makes working for us truly meaningful and
rewarding.
Here are some of the benefits we offer:
Please see our careers page
for the full list of benefits we have to offer and why Energy Saving Trust is a great place to
work.
The team
You will be part of our Renewables team, working on the Energy Redress scheme. The team manages
funding that helps charities and organisations support people in vulnerable situations, improve
energy efficiency, and deliver projects that cut carbon and tackle fuel poverty.
We are a supportive and collaborative team with a strong focus on accuracy, fairness and
impact. Working with us means you will directly contribute to ensuring that vital grant funding
reaches the organisations and communities that need it most.
The role
As a Programme Administrator, you will play an important role in making sure that our grant
funding is managed efficiently and fairly. Your work will focus on financial administration,
carrying out checks on grant claims, and supporting colleagues with key processes that help
charities and community groups deliver life-changing projects.
This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You’ll be helping to
process claims, manage data, prepare documents for funding panels and ensure we meet the
highest standards in administration and reporting.
