Oxfam Syria is looking for Programme Coordinator To operationally manage the implementation of Oxfam in Syria programme to support the humanitarian needs. The post holder will be expected to manage the entire operational programme, leading in implementation across several hubs managed by Area Managers and be accountable for on-time, quality delivery of projects and interventions

An ideal candidate for the role will also be / have:
Practical knowledge of core humanitarian standards
Knowledge and understanding of global justice, social change, women’s rights and gender equality and commitment to delivering humanitarian work through feminist principles .
Management of budgets, including effective monitoring of spend to budget.
Strong influencing and networking.
Demonstrated skills in coordination with internal/external stakeholders.
Proactive in anticipating problems.
Competency in use of relevant technology systems (MS office suite, and accuracy skills)
