The High Weald National Landscape Partnership brings people together to conserve and enhance a special landscape while addressing ecological, social and economic challenges facing it.
This is a new and influential senior role, offering the opportunity to shape and lead a diverse programme of work that delivers the ambitions of the High Weald Management Plan.
You will: lead a portfolio of programmes and projects, ensuring effective delivery and continuous improvement; work with partners, communities and land managers to turn ideas into action; develop and grow a strong pipeline of projects, from local initiatives to large-scale strategic programmes; and build momentum, overcome barriers and drive meaningful change.

We welcome applications for full-time or part-time working (minimum 22.2 hours per week) and will consider a term-time working pattern.
You’ll benefit from hybrid working, combining remote working with time in our modern offices at Flimwell, on the Kent/Sussex border. You will need to be able to travel around the High Weald National Landscape which covers parts of Kent, East Sussex, West Sussex and Surrey.
