The Client Management Solutions Department is looking for a Programmer Analyst who will interact with and support the Desjardins Group CRM with Microsoft Dynamics 365, which has functionalities that are essential for several business units. As a Programmer Analyst, Dynamics 365 Support, you assist with integrating and using cross-sector solutions. Your proficiency in Microsoft technologies will allow you to provide technical support to clients and stakeholders working with Microsoft Dynamics 365.More specifically, you will be required to :Provide technical support for the IT operations your team is responsible for.Determine the root causes of incidents and problems.Develop solutions to mitigate the impact of incidents and problems.Document the solutions used to resolve incidents and problems.Improve systems and applications to make them more resilient and stable.Help develop documentation and prepare and deliver training for users as needed.Explore new solutions and improve tools.Help prepare user instructions and technical notes to enhance the skills and knowledge of users and their teams.What we offer*Competitive salary and annual bonus4 weeks of flexible vacation starting in the first yearDefined benefit pension plan that provides predictable, stable income throughout retirementGroup insurance, including telemedicineReimbursement of health and wellness expenses and telework equipment

What you bring to the tableBachelor’s degree in a related fieldAt least 1 year of relevant experienceOther combinations of training and experience may be considered.Experience configuring Dynamics 365 (tables, form, views, business rules, etc.) and developing Dynamics 365 (PCFs, plug-ins, custom workflow activities, web resources, Dataverse custom APIs, etc.)Knowledge of French requiredIntermediate expertise with Dynatrace – configuration and synthetic scenario (tests, etc.)Intermediate expertise with SplunkExpertise with Microsoft AzureAvailability to provide 24/7 on-call service outside normal working hours, on rotation Action oriented, Complexity, Customer Focus, Differences, Nimble learning, Plans and aligns, Tech savvy#LI-HybridTrade Union Non-unionizedAt Desjardins, we believe in equity, diversity and inclusion.
