Operations include two manufacturing plants located in Edmonton and Customer Solution Centres located in Langley, Edmonton, Calgary, Lethbridge, Red Deer, Saskatoon, Regina, and Winnipeg.We are currently recruiting for an Project Account Manager to join our Calgary team. This individual is responsible for maintaining the relationships with current All Weather Windows customers across the assigned regional sales territory and channel. Based on the customer relationship with All Weather Windows, the Project Account Manager is responsible for ensuring that the customer’s needs and expectations are met, and that any existing or new business opportunities are attended to and/or followed up on.The Ideal Candidate will realize their full potential as an Project Account Manager in All Weather Windows serving the Calgary market. They are energized by customer relationships and customer retention and understand the need for commitment to detail and building strong relationships.In this position, you will be responsible for:Manage Portfolio of Accounts Within Territory and Channel

  • Manage the ongoing All Weather Windows’ customer relationship, including ensuring that there is a seamless and professional hand off from the Outside Sales Business Development, Regional Manager to the Outside Sales Account Manager.
  • Manage multiple portfolios and customers concurrently, without losing attention to the individual customer details.
  • Maintain a high level of working knowledge with the All Weather Windows systems, product costs, discounts, and project details in order to maintain competent and skillful fluency with the stakeholders in the sales process, including the end customer.
  • Schedule regular meetings with customers or clients to ensure regular contact is maintained and any follow up is conducted.
  • Prepare the requested and required reports supporting the sales plans or results within the portfolio of accounts.
  • Meet with the Sales management team within your territory and/or channel on a regular basis to present the reports, status updates on the portfolio of accounts, discuss current and new opportunities, or discuss service concerns.
  • Identify any high-risk customers who may become a financial liability for All Weather Windows.

Manage Customers’ Needs / Project Needs and Expectations

  • Manage and deliver a positive customer service experience for the All Weather Windows customers in your territory and channel.
  • Project Specialist:
  • Manage the quoting process, including various stakeholders involved.
  • Read and/or consult on the engineering and shop drawings within the project vision, and the best product that will meet that vision at the best cost for the customer.
  • Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure that their needs or expectations are being met, including listening to each customer to gain an understanding of their individualized needs.
  • Direct or educate the customer on the appropriate All Weather Windows product or service that will meet, or as appropriate, exceed their needs and expectations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements with the current customers to maximize the profit for All Weather Windows and preserving the relationship with the customer.
  • Ensure that the sales support or administration team (e.g., Inside Sales Order Entry and Customer Service Professionals (CSPs) have the full and complete information to complete the entry in the All Weather Windows CORE ERP/CRM systems, and are able to provide the post-sales service required.
  • Manage the customer expectations relative to product timeliness, disruptions, service delivery, etc., and work in a professional and relationship driven manner to resolve the situations as quickly as possible, with the goal of retaining the customer.
  • Visit customer job sites to ensure customer needs and expectations are met, as well as make minor window and door adjustments as required.
  • Builder/Dealer:
  • Educate customers on the use of the All Weather Windows systems, as appropriate. Facilitate the transition of customers in using the All Weather Windows order systems for dealers and/or provide the necessary support customers may require.

Generate New Business Opportunities

  • Develop new business with existing customers and/or identify areas of improvement to exceed any sales targets or plans, while preserving the relationship with the customer.
  • Interview key customer contacts to identify and evaluate additional needs and opportunities.
  • Identify new business opportunities within your territory and channel and collaborate with the Outside Sales New Business Development Manager to ensure a seamless handoff of any new customer opportunities.

Supporting and Participating in Marketing Initiatives

  • Participating in home builder events, trade shows, charity events, and other marketing events to represent All Weather Windows and promote our products and services, establish and/or maintain relationships with customers.
  • Attend internal and external customer meetings or events to increase the exposure of All Weather Windows and increase customer awareness.
  • Participate in training and development activities to expand own product and industry knowledge.
  • Builder/Dealer:
  • Attend to, and provide exceptional customer service and attention to customers who enter our showroom.
  • Provide assistance in the loading/unloading of windows and doors as required.

Primary Qualifications Required:

  • At least 2 years’ of progressively responsible experience in an account management or “farmer” role in a field of outside sales capacity.
  • Related education in marketing, communications, sales, business or equivalent is strongly preferred. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered for this role.
  • Strong communication skills, along with proven persuasion and negotiation skills are required to build rapport with prospective and existing customers and within the organization.
  • Ability to work within the All Weather Windows CORE ERP/CRM/ERP solution to prospect, administer leads generated by campaigns, update customer records, manage a pipeline of opportunities and deliver accurate forecasting for the assigned territory is required.
  • Ability to conduct in-depth sales presentations, including product demonstrations that highlight key benefits, ROI and the value of our services is required.
  • Organizational skills and effective time management to succeed in a fast-paced environment are required.
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word , PowerPoint, Outlook) experience is required.
  • Being competent and comfortable with smart phones and tablets is required.
  • Ability to create, compose and edit written materials is required.
  • Class 5 driver’s license along with a clear driver’s abstract is required.
  • Must pass pre-employment Drug & Alcohol Testing
