Then, watch for a unique link in your email to apply.We are currently seeking a Project Analyst, Finance Transformation on a contract to join our GF&T team. Reporting to the Program Manager, this role is responsible for supporting the delivery of a multi-year Finance Transformation initiative that involves transitioning to a cloud-based ERP system.The Project Analyst will be a critical member of the Program Management Office (PMO), playing a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the Finance Transformation initiative. Their involvement will be instrumental in coordinating efforts across various teams, facilitating effective communication, and ensuring that all project milestones are achieved within the stipulated timelines.The team works in a hybrid/agile manner for its project delivery. This role provides opportunities to work across the entire Finance Transformation program and gain exposure to many different aspects of project delivery.As a member of this team, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing project management support for the Finance ERP implementation
  • Authoring presentations for various governance committees
  • Supporting development and updates to project templates and documentation including status reports, governance committee materials, etc.
  • Maintaining and updating the comprehensive project plan
  • Updating and managing the RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies)
  • Developing communications for project leadership and other stakeholders of the transformation
  • Understanding business requirements and supporting design of future state
  • Proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks and challenges
  • Coordinating with various audit teams, including internal audit, external audit, and independent risk advisors, to ensure compliance and address findings promptly
  • Managing and tracking project budget to ensure financial goals are met
  • Scheduling, coordinating, and participating in meetings and events, collecting and distributing relevant materials, taking detailed meeting minutes and highlighting and following up on action items
  • Other contributions, as the team may need and as opportunities arise

To succeed in this role, you have:

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Technology, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience and qualifications
  • 3- 5 years’ experience in project delivery and related experience, preferably in a Finance, Technology, or Real-Estate industry
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Strong PowerPoint and storyboarding skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Project)
  • Detail-oriented and ability to manage multiple initiatives at the same time
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A self-starter, proactive and motivated to create positive change
  • Experience working at a professional services firm
  • Curiosity, humility and an eagerness to learn;
  • A people-first focus with a team-oriented mentality;
  • A sense of urgency, optimism, and a desire to deliver excellence; and
  • Strong orientation towards strategy, change and results.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is an advantage
